The Board and the Architectural Committee has approved and ordered new Sterling Heights Signage. 

·         Three new signs (2 entry, and 1 Dayton/Caley) 

·         Letters made of thick cast iron

·         Will be installed end of June/Early July

·         Lighting will be repaired after installation

The Board and Architectural Committee has approved and scheduled fence repair and staining for the perimeter homes of Sterling Heights. June 12 - July 12th. Beginning Monday Level Fence Company will begin to repair, replace boards where needed, power-wash and stain (both sides) the perimeter fence.  The workers will need access to the homeowners yards, power plug outlet, and water hose valve. Please keep pets kept indoors. Please remove anything within 18 inches of the interior fence.
